M. Peter Moser - We will miss you

On Friday, a great friend of the ABF passed away. M. Peter Moser has been part of the ABF family longer than I have serving on the Board and then as the President. When I first started going before our Board of Directors I was intimidated, but I soon learned that he demand for excellence came from his true love of the kind of justice he thought the legal profession and the legal system could and should provide. He believed in legal ethics, access to justice, and the empirical study of law.
Knowing his sweet wife Liz has also been a pleasure. She is in our thoughts and prayers along with their children and grandchildren who were able to visit him at the end.
